When many real estate agents end the relationship after the sale, Margaret’s dedication to us as clients has continued since the time we closed on our 4-plex in Silver Lake. (Before we met her, we worked with another agent who was only interested in his commission and provided little guidance for such a big purchase).
After the sale closed, recommended a contractor, held an open house to find a tenant, stopped by often to check on the contractor, and more. We could always count on her to answer all of our numerous questions since the closing.
Ms. Arana said she was just doing her job. We beg to differ. In our estimation, she has gone far beyond the call. She is a consummate professional and we are so grateful we met her.

I had little money down and could only afford a small condo, so most Realtors didn’t even want to spend time with me. Not Margaret. We went out every weekend looking at entry-level condos in Hollywood and she never made me feel rushed. Margaret sold my home in Los Feliz, AFTER I had it listed for 6 months with another agent. She got it sold within a month of listing it, at the same price I had it listed previously. She took excellent pictures of my house, did an excellent virtual tour, and got my house looking like a totally different house on the MLS. She also did an open house every Saturday and Sunday, which my previous agent never did.
