I have invested in Los Angeles-area real estate since the early 80′s and have lived through several frenzied real estate markets and several down markets as well; and because of my experience, the knowledge that I can bring to my clients is invaluable.
When I’m representing a buyer, I use my negotiating skills to make sure they are getting the very best deal for their budget, no matter what that budget might be. Finding the property is only a small part of my job. My real work starts when we get into that escrow and my client needs their deposit money and their interests protected.
